INTRODUCING HYPNOTIC YOGA

MY SACRED PERSONAL PRACTICE.

Hypnotic Yoga isn’t just a practice; it’s an immersive experience. It intertwines the dynamic flows of Vinyasa with the enchanting realm of rhythmic beats and deliberate breathwork. Together, these elements will weave a tapestry that guides us toward a uniquely hypnotic state.

Imagine, for a moment, being suspended between wakefulness and sleep for a moment - a space where your conscious and subconscious mind gently collide. In this sweet spot, we invite our bodies and minds to let go, fully immersing ourselves in the visceral experience of the present moment, uncovering a newfound freedom and serenity.

Our session will ride on the waves of evocative beats, each movement purposefully paired with our inhalations and exhalations, ensuring we’re not merely moving but flowing, becoming one with the rhythm that reverberates through us. While your body actively engages, stretches, and strengthens through each posture, your mind will gradually unravel into a state of enchanting surrender.

The purpose of our practice is dual-faceted:

  • Physically, we’re here to engage, awaken, and honor our bodies, allowing the rhythmic flow to guide us through a gentle yet invigorating workout and stretch.

  • Mentally and spiritually, we transcend, accessing a mental space that is both restful and alert, awakening an internal harmony that we seldom get to explore.

Allow this hour to be your sanctuary, a space where you are free to fully let go, feel, and be enveloped by the rhythmic pulses and the magic of mindful movement. Embark on this hypnotic journey with an open heart and a curious mind. Let's explore the uncharted terrains within us, finding solace in the rhythm, and liberation in our breaths.

FALL IN LOVE WITH YOURSELF, TIME & TIME AGAIN.
LOVE WITHIN

I found my personal power and purpose through mindfulness methods like meditation, journaling, and yoga. After years of using self-taught methods for wellness, I decided to dive deeper into my practice by completing my YTT 200 hour in Costa Rica.

In 2020 I started a wellness company with my best friend called The Collective Ritual. We wanted to share what helped us become the best versions of ourselves with other women. Within The Collective Ritual, we developed the TCR method, which I incorporate into every class I teach. The TCR method is a combination of pranayama, visualization meditation, and journaling.   I started my dedicated journal practice when I was 15, so naturally, when I picked up yoga in 2014, I started to observe the subtle changes in my mood, body, and overall well-being.

I knew I had found my life’s purpose. That was when I started tapping in on a deeper level and genuinely connecting with my body and soul. Through self-reflection, movement, and consistency is where I truly found myself.

MY TEACHING METHOD

  • AWARENESS

Where you’re guided to bring conscious attention to your body, breath, and mind, by learning to focus on the present moment and acknowledge your physical and emotional states, here is where you’ll start building a strong foundation of self-awareness that is vital for your yoga practice.

  • TAP IN

Building upon the cultivated awareness, you are then led to the 'Tap In' phase. Here, you actively connect with your inner self, exploring and understanding your individual strengths, limitations, and growth areas. This step is all about understanding your unique yoga journey and harnessing your personal power to shape it. It is about deepening the connection to your body and listening to what it needs, encouraging a nurturing and compassionate approach to self-care.

  • LET GO

This phase guides students toward releasing physical tension, mental stress, and emotional burdens. Through mindful practices and guided meditations, you are encouraged to surrender and let go of inhibitions, judgments, and self-limiting beliefs. This paves the way for inner peace, self-acceptance, and a sense of liberation, resulting in a balanced and harmonious state of being.
