As we step onto our mats, movement takes on a new level of intention, and our breathing carries a strong purpose. The classes will leave you feeling energized and open-hearted. Planet yoga studio is located in District 3, near the Giesshübel, Binz and Manesseplatz stops. Flow with me for a 90 minutes every Tuesday. Meditate, breathe, and move your body to the rhythm of the music and your breath. You can easily reach the studio by public transport or car. There are enough parking spaces available in the area.
