I offer 60 & 90 minutes of private yoga and meditation sessions via zoom or in person.
Studio Yoga
If you’re located in Zurich, come flow with me for 90 minutes every Tuesday at 6pm-7:30 at Planet Yoga or enjoy my signature 60-minute hypnotic flow at Groove bt B in Seefeld. The schedule is updated weekly. Head over to my Instagram for all updates.
